• What is the technical status of the machines?

  All machines are extensively checked when we conduct our comprehensive inspection report. They are repaired if necessary so they meet the high Smitma quality requirements. When you buy a machine from Smitma, you are guaranteed to buy a quality machine that operates the way it should.

• What kind of tests are done at Smitma during the inspection?

  With help of an extensive checklist, every machine is put through a precise inspection. Every machine is checked for wear and function: Rotating parts, undercarriage components, hydraulics, engine; everything is checked and no stone is left unturned. Nothing escapes the eyes of our strict inspectors!

• What is the price and quality like?

  With Smitma, you can rest assured that you will receive both the best price for the product you are looking for as well as the best quality money can buy!

• Can I come view a machine I am interested in?

  You are more than welcome! We are at your service from Mondays to Fridays from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CET). We also offer the option to demonstrate the machines via a live video connection (Via WhatsApp and Facetime).

• Where can I view the machines Smitma offers?

  Smitma is located in the south of the Netherlands, close to access roads to Germany, Belgium (A67) and Amsterdam (A2), only 45 minutes from Düsseldorf Airport and 10 minutes from Blerick train station. You can visit us if you want to look at a machine before purchase, or just to browse our stock!

• Can I reserve a machine?

  If you would like to reserve a machine, please contact our sales team.

• How secure is your way of doing business?

  When you buy a machine from Smitma, you naturally want to make your payment securely. That is why we work with ABN AMRO, the Netherlands’ most reliable bank for processing transactions.

• What methods of payment are available?

  You can pay us via bank transfer or in cash if you so desire. You can find our bank details here.

• Can I pay later?

  Yes, it is possible to make your payment afterwards through a confirmed Letter of Credit. In addition, we also accept an irrevocable confirmed Letter of Credit on extended payment date up to 1 year.

• When will I receive the machine I purchased?

  All our machines have been inspected and prepared for use. Once payment has been received, the machine can be shipped immediately. Of course, we can also arrange shipment at a later date if that suits you better.

• How are the machines I purchase transported?

  We can transport your machine in a multitude of ways: in a container, RoRo or by road transport. We can take care of the entire process, from Venlo to any destination across the globe. If you so desire, you are also able to arrange your own transport. If we are tasked with shipping, we will keep you updated every step of the way.
