Do you offer original parts and aftermarket alternatives?
Yes, both options are available. We supply both original (OEM) parts and the highest-quality aftermarket parts, depending on availability, budget, and preference.
Original parts: an exact fit, guaranteed to meet manufacturer specifications
Aftermarket parts: comparable quality, often shorter delivery time and lower price

Always include the machine type, year of manufacture and, if available, the serial number when submitting your enquiry so we can quickly provide the correct original or alternative part.
When will my parts be shipped?
Our policy is that payment must be made in full before the parts are shipped. Once the payment is confirmed:
In stock: dispatched on the next business day
Out of stock: as soon as the part arrives at our warehouse
After shipping you will receive shipping information. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
How can I be sure that my parts will arrive undamaged?
International transport always involves a certain amount of risk. We do everything we can to minimise that risk:
Professional packaging: we ship heavy parts on pallets and pack sensitive parts with extra protection
Reliable transport network: regular partners we know and trust
Shipment tracking: you will receive updates on the status of your shipment
Photos before shipping: we will send photos of the packaged part on request
In case of damage due to transport: contact us right away. We'll always work with you to find a solution.
Do I get a warranty on parts?
Used parts are offered without warranty, which is the standard in the used construction equipment market. But we won't leave you stranded if something goes wrong.
Technical advice in case of doubt about assembly or operation
In case of problems, we'll help find a suitable solution
New parts: warranty provided in accordance with factory specifications
Describe the problem as specifically as possible with photos or video, and we will respond as quickly and effectively as possible to find a solution.
Is there a ripper or other part with the machine?
A ripper is usually included as standard with motor graders. If this is not stated on the product page, please indicate this in your enquiry.
For other machines, attachments and accessories are listed separately on the product page. Would you like a specific attachment included?
In many cases, we can arrange a suitable attachment

We can ship machines and parts in different ways, depending on size, destination and urgency:
Container: suitable for smaller machines and parts
RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off): for drivable machines
Low-loader: for road transport within Europe
Air freight: for urgent small parts
We have a strong and reliable network of carriers that allows us to deliver worldwide. You are also welcome to bring your own carrier. If you have us arrange transport, we'll keep you informed at every stage.
(Machine) How does the payment process work?
We work with the following payment options:
Bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN): the most commonly used method
Letter of Credit (L/C): also irrevocable, with a deferred payment date of up to 1 year
Payment by Debit card
Once we've received your payment, we'll send a confirmation and start preparing your machine right away. You will always receive an official invoice from us with all company details.
