From the parts on our website, we only have a certain type of parts available right from stock. However, we work with strategic partners all cross the globe so that we can live up to reliable, fast delivery and offer a wide range of products.
Are you offering original parts as well as an alternative brand for these parts?
Yes, we have both options available. If you would like to know the alternatives for a specific part, or, if you have a specific part in mind that is not listed (yet) on our website, do feel free to contact us any time. We are more than happy to you.
Will I receive a warranty on the parts?
Unfortunately, our parts are offered without a warranty. That doesn’t mean that we are not going to help when a problem occurs. If you are experiencing any challenges with our part(s), we are of course more than happy to think of a solution.
What are the options in terms of transport?

When will the parts be shipped?
Our policy states that prior to shipping, the payment will have to be completed in total up front. Once the payment has been confirmed, we will ship the parts.
How am I certain that my parts will arrive undamaged?
